To get the best results and make things easy, please make sure the hair is clean, dry, and free from any products before our team arrives. If the hair needs extra work, there's a $100 fee, and we might need to reschedule. Your cooperation helps us give you and your family the best lice treatment possible."

If you spot any signs of lice within 30 days of your initial treatment, we'll provide a free re-treatment, applying our new treatment guarantee. Just cover the Home Visit Fee of $145. To qualify, ensure all household members get screened and treated, follow our aftercare advice, and inform recent contacts about the infestation. If lice persist, bring proof to us for a free re-treatment, excluding the home visit fee. Rest assured, we're committed to your lice-free environment.
